Mr.
Cassandro is the Chief Operations Officer of HMA
Administrators, LLC and is a member of the Health Management
Advisors Executive Management Team. Mr. Cassandro has been
in the employee benefits and investment advisory business
since 1995.
Mr. Cassandro and his HMA team assist
companies in the areas of negotiating benefit pricing at
renewal, conducting market analyses, evaluating claims
administration solutions, managed care access and cost
effectiveness, as well as developing and assisting with
human resource matters including ERISA, DOL, HIPAA, COBRA
and FMLA. Mr. Cassandro has worked closely with corporations
in developing group benefit programs and human resource
initiatives that match their corporate philosophy while also
attracting and retaining quality employees. This "total
benefits solution" involves a comprehensive evaluation of a
company's managed care plan, network access, overall plan
design, funding of the benefit program, contribution
program, retirement plan offerings, employee benefit
statements and payroll program.
Prior to joining HMA Mr.
Cassandro was the President of Cassandro & Associates. Mr.
Cassandro is licensed to offer securities (Series 7, 63 and
65) and has earned the prominent designation of Registered
Health Underwriter from The American College, a designation
given to those individuals who demonstrate a high level of
knowledge about the health insurance business.

Jean
Buehler

Mrs. Buehler is the Managing Member of
HMA Administrators, LLC (HMA
Administrators) and reports regularly to the Health Management Advisors
Executive Management Team. Mrs. Buehler
is also the Director of the Client
Relations, Customer Service and Claims
Departments for HMA Administrators. Mrs.
Buehler brings over 20 years of
experience managing Third Party
Administration (TPA) claims and customer
care departments for self funded and
fully insured employee benefit
plans. Mrs. Buehler and her HMA
Administrators team focus their efforts
on assisting companies in areas such as,
member communications, preferred
provider organization access, medical
management, evaluating managed care
access and cost effectiveness as well as
developing and assisting with compliance
issues including ERISA, HIPAA, PHI,
COBRA and FMLA. Mrs. Buehler has worked
closely with corporations in developing
group benefits programs that attract and
retain quality employees. This "total
benefits solution" involves a
comprehensive evaluation of a company's,
Summary Plan Description (SPD), managed
care plan, overall benefit plan design,
funding requirements of the benefit
program, contribution percentages, etc.
Prior to the insurance industry, Mrs.
Buehler taught in the Public school
system. Her diverse and solid
background and education provides the
ideal foundation for her role at HMA
Administrators. Mrs. Buehler is responsible for
managing the employee development and
ongoing training to accomplish the HMA
Administrators goals for first call resolution
on all claims administration issues.
Mrs. Buehler was instrumental in the
development and implementation of the
HMA Healthy Lifestyles program; an
integrated wellness program offered to
the HMA Administrators' members. In her
spare time Mrs. Buehler enjoys spending
time with her husband, grandchildren and
playing golf.

Judith A. Miller, Esq
|
|
|
Judith
A. Miller, Esq. represents HMA Administrators, LLC as
Employment Law Counsel and reports regularly to the Health
Management Advisors Executive Management Team and Corporate
Counsel. Mrs. Miller has successfully counseled businesses
of all sizes on employment matters, providing timely,
practical advice for more than twenty years.
Mrs. Miller
works closely with the HMA Administrators Account Management
team to provide counsel to the HMA Direct clients on
preventive employment strategies designed to avoid legal
claims and protracted litigation. She advises companies on
all aspects of employment law, including managing layoffs,
complying with discrimination laws and accommodating
individuals with disabilities, investigating claims of
sexual harassment, complying with family, medical, maternity
and other leave of absence laws, complying with laws
regarding wages, hours and payment of wages, enforcing and
interpreting non-compete agreements and any other aspect of
the employment relationship. She assists business clients
in developing employment policies, agreements and forms that
help foster a productive relationship between employers and
employees.
Attorney Miller has also represented clients
before state and federal administrative agencies, in state
and federal court and in arbitration and mediation
hearings. Before starting her own law firm in 1996,
Attorney Miller practiced labor and employment law for
eleven years. She worked in private practice with Jackson
Lewis LLP, a national employment law firm exclusively
representing management, and in-house, working directly for
two corporations. In 1996, Attorney Miller opened her own
private law practice. Attorney Miller has spoken to
numerous community groups, employer organizations and
professional groups, including the American Bar Association,
on a variety of employment law topics. She earned her Juris
Doctor degree, cum laude, from Boston College Law School,
where she served as the Articles and Topics Editor for the
International and Comparative Law Review. She received her
B.A., with honors and distinction, from the University of
Michigan.

Stephen Weir |
|
|
Mr. Weir is the CIO of HMA Administrators, LLC
(HMA Administrators) and is a
member of the Health Management Advisors Executive
Management Team. Mr. Weir leads the claims and
administration system implementation and product
management teams for HMA Administrators, LLC. Mr. Weir
has been in the Third Party Administrator (TPA) industry
since 1993 in various technical and operational roles.
Since 2002 Mr. Weir has been an independent consultant
specializing in the operations and technology aspects of
TPA management. Milestone projects include: Project
manager for the state of Louisiana's Office of Group
Benefits claims system conversion and implementation,
the Mega Health and Life company's claims system
conversion and platform migration from Microsoft NT to
Sun Microsystems, Implementation of claims system for
Group Health Alliance, a startup TPA serving the Edison Chouest group of companies in Louisiana.
Prior to this, Mr. Weir was the IT Director at Medcom,
Inc., a TPA/PPO in Jacksonville Florida which
administers ERISA health plans. Mr. Weir was a leading
member of an Eldorado Computing (ECI) user's group
executive committee. This committee was the primary
force in guiding Eldorado Computing's development effort
to meet the changing market conditions of the TPA and
health insurance industry. Prior to this Mr. Weir was
the IT Director at NMS Network Management Services, a
division of Columbia Hospital Systems. NMS served as the
TPA for all at-risk business Columbia Hospitals entered
into for the east coast region. Prior to NMS, Mr. Weir
was the Director of Implementation Services at Eldorado
Computing Company, Inc., and responsible for overseeing
over twenty conversions and installations of their
large-scale claims processing system in an 18 month
period. Mr. Weir built ECI's conversion business, which
enabled ECI to be competitive with RIMS, Inc. (now a Trizetto Company). Mr. Weir began his health care
career as IT manager at Florida Health Alliance, Inc.,
in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mr.
Emmi joined HMA Administrators, LLC in July, 2008 and is the
Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining the firm, he
spent several years working with Liberty Mutual Insurance
Company out of their Boston offices.
Mr. Emmi has developed
an industry understanding with both private and public
sector companies. Mr. Emmi's specific area of expertise
includes various aspects of Life Accident & Health, Property
& Casualty, Individual Market, Reinsurance contracts and
reporting, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, Data
Reporting & Analysis, Customer Satisfaction as well as
Process Improvement & Documentation.
With a personal
interest in ERISA and self funded employee benefit plan
administration, Mr. Emmi focuses his efforts on ensuring
that the integrity of the HMA Administrators client assets
are protected and reported upon accurately and timely, while
yielding each client the highest allowable returns
available. Mr. Emmi assists clients in determining and
projecting their plan loss ratio's, analyzing and
interpreting the financial results of their plan activity,
as well as working closely with them to develop and forecast
budgets that will meet their plan funding obligations.
Mr.
Emmi is responsible the billing administration and client
escrow account auditing services for HMA Administrators, LLC
and reviews the financial statements, internal control
system evaluations, and claims funding process.
Mr. Emmi's
leadership and reporting experience in the reinsurance
industry, diverse background and broad depth of knowledge,
serves him well in his role as the VP of Finance for HMA
Administrators, LLC.

Sr.
Technology Services Manager

David Joaquim, MCSA
|
|
|
David
Joaquim is the Sr Technology Service Manager for HMA
Administrators, LLC (HMA Administrators). Mr.
Joaquim is responsible for the network infrastructure and
system architecture for the HMA companies. Prior to joining
HMA, Mr. Joaquim worked with Medicare specializing in the
auditing of provider billing patterns. During his time with
Medicare, Mr. Joaquim was able to improve many systems to
increase productivity and make the Medicare healthcare
administration services more secure. Mr. Joaquim also has
extensive experience with a high availability infrastructure
in a 24/7 multi-network environment. His experience will be
utilized to improve the HMA systems and architecture
allowing the company to continue to grow efficiently. Mr.
Joaquim also has experience with ISO 9001:2000 documentation
procedures. His detail oriented documentation will ensure
that all systems will be accessible at all times. Mr.
Joaquim's in depth understanding of HIPAA regulations and
PHI will serve as an asset to HMA. Mr. Joaquim is committed
to maintaining a network where the confidentiality and
security of client data are of the utmost importance.
Mr. Joaquim is a Microsoft Certified
Systems Administrator with the strong desire to continue his
technical education as new technology is made available. He
will focus his attention on keeping HMA up to date with
solutions that will continue to improve the level of service
and satisfaction for HMA customers.

Geri Farrell
|

Geraldine Farrell is the Medical Management Director for
HMA Administrators, LLC
(HMA Administrators). Ms. Farrell works closely with the
Health Management Advisors Executive Management team.
Ms. Farrell's primary
responsibility and focus is to maintain the company's
dedication on providing quality case management, wellness
management and disease
management services to our clients.
Prior to joining HMA Administrators Ms. Farrell was a Case
Management Director for the Guardian Life Insurance Company.
Since 1987 Ms Farrell has been providing services in case
management, utilization review, quality assurance, ortho/neuro
nursing, medical claims management, second opinion access,
state mandated benefits, home health care and medical
equipment supplier coordination, etc. Ms. Farrell is also
experienced in accident and health, auto liability and
catastrophic cases including all aspects of transplant
coordination.
Ms. Farrell assisted in the development of the HMA
Administrators Pre-Certification and Cost/Benefit Analysis
Protocols as well as the HMA Healthy Lifestyles prgoram. Ms Farrell's diverse and solid background and
education provides the ideal foundation for her role at HMA
Administrators.
